I was in the middle of changing purses tonight and decided I would let you see what kind of junk I carry around with me everyday. Christmas lists from the kids, lip balm that I'm not too impressed with, keys, pens, sticky notes...everyone needs those right?? My handy dandy green day planner, compliments of the PTO. I would be lost without that thing! A wallet, camera, and the next groomer appt for the dog. My Ipod, this is my new favorite thing! The little green certificate for a free buffet was earned by Korby for doing so well in school 1st quarter. A fortune cookie revealed to me: "You are talented in many ways." And lastly, my favorite body spray. Japanese Cherry Blossom from Bath and Body Works....smells wonderful! Then there is my purse. I picked this up at the thrift store for 1.99. I love finding purses at the thrift stores!Now that you have looked in my purse, why not show us what is in yours.
Come on.....I dare you!

Well, I also loooove scarves, I have been making a ton of them to sell on my etsy shop and some to give as Christmas presents, but most of the ones I make are crocheted, I am not a great knitter.

ReplyDeleteThe recipe for cinnamon ornaments is so easy! 1 cup of cinnamon mixed with a half cup of white glue and a quarter cup of applesauce. I mix it all together, adding a bit of applesauce if too dry. Then the kids mix with their hands, pat flat and cut out! Let me know if you need any other info and happy ornament making!
ReplyDeletemy kids dumped the contents of my purse/diaper bag out while i was at the post office the other day and i was horrified at the mess in there. so, i cleaned it out. now it's just full of boring necessary stuff...oh well!
