I hate the time it takes to cook them in the oven and lets face it...
they just don't taste right in the microwave.
Here is a recipe that I LOVE to use. Its Quick, Easy, and Yummy!
*wash potatoes, poke all over with a fork (I'm cooking 5 today)
*tear off individual pieces of foil & set potato inside
*sprinkle potato with salt
*rub 1 teaspoon of EVVO oil all over each potato
*wrap them up
*throw them in the Crock Pot
I started mine at 10:45am today and need them ready by 5pm.So I'm cooking mine on high.
Add about 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of your crock pot.
Put all the potatoes inside and put the lid on.
Check in after a few hours and turn the potatoes...careful, they are hot.
