Its going great!
So far, Ive lost 16.2 lbs. I am super excited!
We have made a lot of changes to our eating habits.
But regardless, I have an out of control sweet tooth!!
At my weekly W.W. meeting, there are members always giving out great tips.
That is where I found this recipe.
You have to give it a try!
1 package of cake mix- be creative, use whatever kind you like.I used the pineapple supreme.
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple- include all juice
3 egg whites
Mix as directed. We filled 24 cupcake liners.
Bake as directed.
Enjoy!
These are WONDERFUL! The kids asked for 2nds!
Trust me, they take care of that sweet tooth, without all the endless calories.
Only 2 Weight Watchers points per cupcake.

ReplyDeleteI just love this recipe and great job on the weight loss. I've been trying to lose weight too and at the start of the year I was listening to The Splendid Table on NPR. There was a guest on talking about thr French and their literal translation of what they say when they're full... They say I'm without hunger... It struck a chord in me and it's become my mantra now and I've lost 9lbs basically because of this new consciousness of figuring out when I'm done eatting:)
ReplyDeleteSnoway- This sis a great way to look at things. Thanks for the advice! Keep up the awesome work
