Holy Scale!

These shoes were part of my Mother's Day present from Kiley & the kids.

I actually requested a new pair of walking shoes.

If you know me at all, you know that I'm not into exercising.

I joined Weight Watchers 14 weeks ago.

Since then I have lost 26 pounds.

My good friend, Paula, & I have been walking for 5 wks.

Our entire family is going through a serious lifestyle change.

Baby steps has been the key. You have to start somewhere, right?

So a new personal goal that I have is to blog on Mondays about my journey.

It will be called "Holy Scale".

I'm hoping this will hold me accountable & I can get get ideas from you.

My tip for today would be to get out & move. Find something you enjoy doing.

Get out there & do it. Your body will thank you for it.

Here is how you can join me:
