Holy Scale!

Last week I started a new idea on KraftyKash called Holy Scale.

Every MondayI will blog about my personal weight loss journey.

I'm hoping this will hold me accountable & I can get ideas from you.

I'm on week 15 of Weight Watchers. So far I've lost 31.4 lbs.

I'm a snacker.

I LOVE eating snacks.

Especially sweet snacks.

Here is a list of snacks that I've found that wont cost you alot of calories or points.

Fiber One Chewy Bars Chocolate Peanut Butter
These are WONDERFUL!
1 bar is only 90 calories 2.5g fat 5g fiber = 1 Weight Watcher Point

Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn
1 serving is only 90 calories 2g fat 8g fiber= 1 Weight Watcher Point

Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Fudge instant pudding
1 serving is only 80 calories 0g fat 0g fiber= 2 Weight Watcher Points
I like to serve this with a small amount of fat free whipped topping on top.

The Laughing Cow Original Creamy Swiss cheese wedges
1 wedge is only 50 calories 4g fat 0g fiber= 1 Weight Watcher Point
This is great to add on crackers.

Next time you are at the store, try out some of these snacks.

What types of snacks do you enjoy?

I would love for you to share your "Holy Scale" blog entry with us.

  3. I love Laughing Cow cheeses. I've found that I can get a 4pack of them at Costco for around $8 versus one at the regular grocery store for $4.

    Love this thread.

  4. I love this: Core and Peal an apple, cut into big chunks, sprinkle lightly with a tiny bit of sugar and a lot of cinnamon, microwave for two minutes - enjoy some delicious apple pie filling. You can add a squeeze of lemon if you want. depending on the apple, its between 70 and 100 cals - and it counts as a serving of fruit :-)

  6. WOW! Congratulations on your weight loss! That's awesome. I'm going to have to try those Fiber One bars.

I just bought the 2nd Hungry Girl cookbook- 200 Under 200 Calories. There are tons of recipes that translate to low points. The only downside is that she doesn't list the points in the book. You have to do it yourself or look at the website. Good luck with the rest of your journey!
