HOLY SCALE

A few weeks ago I started a new idea on KraftyKash called Holy Scale.

Every Monday I will blog about my personal weight loss journey.


This week, more than EVER, I am realizing how much I enjoy eating.

I used to eat when I was bored, tired, stressed, cranky, and so on.

Now I'm trying to find new things to put in the place of food.

Yesterday, I was bored & cranky.

My husband offered to take me to the craft store.

Normally I JUMP at that offer.

Then I started looking around & realized.....

I could just about open up my own craft store! LOL This week I will be taking part in Priddy Creations Scrap Stash Challenge.

Now instead of eating......I knit, sew, or craft.

Its my own personal way of escaping emotional eating.

  1. i notice this too about myself. when the kids start acting up i head straight to the kitchen. lately ive been trying to reach for a glass of water instead of food.

    also, i read somewhere that a lot of people mistake thirst for hunger so if you feel hungry you should drink a big glass of water and wait 20 minutes and then eat if youre still hungry.
