Christmas Decorations I Cant Live Without.

Growing up we didn't count down to Christmas.
No reason that I can think of why we didn't.

So a few years ago I picked this jolly Santa up at the local thrift store.
The 1st few yrs I would try really hard to find a small piece of candy for each day.
That got old really fast.
So now we use this little stuffed animal & he works great.

As it gets to about the #7 I usually panic to myself about being ready.

This is by far my FAVORITE decoration in the entire house.
Ever since Kalen & Korby were little, I have saved their artwork.
I hang it on the same wall every year.
Every year I have to remind the kids what they made.

"We already know this Mom" is usually their reply.
I don't care, I always tell them anyway.
It really is my favorite decor, ever.

Korby made this wreath a few years ago at a school craft night.

You can find wool sweaters at the thrift store.
Wash and dry them for that felted look.
Then cut into tiny squares, poke a hole in the middle of each square.
Take a piece of floral wire and weave them onto the wire.
When its stuffed, fold the wire into a circle.
Add a bow and hang on the tree.
Isn't that adorable?Do you use the same decor every year?

What are your favorite decorations this yr at your house?
