That is all there is to it.
One of our favorite meals is homemade pizza.
I buy the pre made thin crusts with 2 in the package.
We make hamburger or cheese pizza for the kids.
The grown ups have Garlic Chicken Artichoke Pizza.
Ingredients include: 5-6 garlic cloves chopped up
1 can of artichokes in water
1 jar sweet red peppers
1 Roma tomato sliced thin
feta cheese
mozzarella cheese
Chicken
pizza sauce
It really is the best pizza ever.
Not only is it really good for you,
but it is "raise the roof, knock your socks off, make you dream about it," yummy!
Trust me, its that good.
Best part is, I have left overs for lunch today.

ReplyDeleteWe make pizza here too, usually every Friday. I make the dough in the bread machine though. I love BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple. YUMMY!
