What a Wednesday!

Do you look forward to the mail every day? I think I'm the only weird one that does. All that we ever get is ads, FREE phone offers, and of course the dreaded...BILLS. But still every day I watch for the mail lady and wonder what she will be bringing. Don't ask me why. Well anyway, today I was so excited because I had a surprise waiting for me. I have been visiting The WhatKnot blog and signed up for a contest and WON! That was definitely the highlight of my day today! Didn't she do a great job wrapping this up? Thanks again for the book Melissa!

So here is Miss Korby, after yes, a long day at school. She is part of student council now and they had a big pencil sale after school. (Just had to add that in...I'm so proud of her). This is the softies book that I picked up at Barnes and Noble the other day. I flipped through it and decided not to buy anything. Later that night I thought to myself..."I really should have got that book." And then BAM! I won! Karma...I'm a big believer in it. My husband likes to tease me about karma, but it really does exist. So now I have a great new book and some fun fall stickers. Maybe I will have to do a give away on my blog this month! My birthday is the 30th....hm mm. Check back again soon. :)
