I don't even know where this week had gone to. Korby was home sick with a cold for a few days. I have been SWAMPED with PTO stuff. Life has been happening here at the Ward house. :)

I did make it to my second knitting class on Monday. I forgot to mention last time that we are making a scarf. I think the goal is to teach us several different stitches throughout the entire scarf. This time I learned to pearl. Each time we learn a new stitch and do that for 8 inches and stop. This class is so much fun. And grey yarn...hmmmmm. what was I thinking?? I dont know, one of the other girls in the class pointed out that it matches everything. :) The shop is full of brightly colored yarn and they always play nice classical music. Very relaxing!! Anyway...I'm so excited to learn to knit!

Korby came home from school today and pulled all of these out of her folder. She is such a GOOD girl at school! These are awards that they give every semester for good behavior, good grades, and so on. We went out to dinner to celebrate tonight! I had to brag on my girl a bit, I never got awards like that!
