This was a tradition I was excited to pass on to our children. My sister does not have kids, so every year she buys a bunch of fun goodies, for the kids to make into baskets to pass out to friends. This year Kalen decided he was to old, so it was just Korby. We live on a busy street with no other kids, so we decided to drive around and pass them out.
Korby loved the fact that she could "ding dong ditch" people. She would run up to the door, ring the door bell, and run...of course leaving the goodies behind for friends. By the time they came to the door she would be in the car and would yell out "Happy May Day" as we drove off. Then she would check her list to see who was next. She said she kind of felt like Santa Claus! hahaha......kids
We had beautiful weather today and enjoyed once again, passing this fun tradition on to the kids.Hope you all had a Happy May Day!!
