This Week's Holy Scale is all about COLD summer snacks.
I scan the shelves at the grocery store for LOW point snacks.
I really do love snacks!
This last week I found myself eyeing EVERYTHING in the freezer section.
It was hot outside & hot in the store & I was in the mood for popsicles.
Here are some of the things I came up with, that we love at our house.
Blue Bunny Frozen Yogurt in strawberry banana is scrumptious!1/2 cup serving is only 100 Calories, 2 grams of Fat, 2 grams Fiber
= 2 Weight Watchers Points
This is the PERFECT snack when you are craving ice cream.
Its a hit at our house!
Del Monte Fruit Chillers are so yummy.
55 Calories, 0 Fat, 0 Fiber = 1 Weight Watcher Point
I found these in the canned fruit isle.
You have to take them home & freeze them.
We go through alot of these at our house.
Fudgsicle original fudge bars1 bar is 40 Calories, 1 gram of Fat, 2 grams of Fiber = 0 Weight Watches points
These taste FANTASTIC.
When I want chocolate, I reach for one of these.
They are my new favorite snack!
Crystal Light frozen pops
1 pop is 15 Calories.....that's it! = O Weight Watcher points
This box has orange and fruit punch flavors.
There were some other kinds I would like to try too.
Snacks that are low in calories/points are AWESOME!
