Sunday evening these clouds came rolling in during a Thunderstorm warning. It rained hard and the winds blew at 70 miles per hour. I have to admit, I am not a weather buff. But these pictures that Kiley took turned out great...so I had to share.
Monday afternoon, on our way to graduation my husband Kiley pulled over to take this picture. Mother Nature took care of this tree the night before.

We started Memorial Day off by celebrating Sarah's high school graduation. Congratulations Sarah P! Look out world her she comes! She will be going to UNL soon.

Memorial Day dinner at Famous Dave's. The whole gang hit the streets for BBQ, fun, and of course the family picture. By this point my kids were feeling kind of silly...as I am sure you can tell by their facial expressions.

On Tuesday we took Pat and Norm on a small car trip through some of the fun spots in Lincoln. They were here visiting from California. Even though is was below 60 degrees and sprinkling, we had to get out and go to The Sunken Gardens. Kalen is in the middle of Uncle Norm and Aunt Pat.

Finishing up our extended weekend was drum lessons with Great Uncle Norm. Now I didn't take the camera to my favorite thrift store while we went "junking" (as Aunt Pat would call it)...but Korby and Norm found this awesome fedora hat. Perfect for her drummer image.
So now we our back to our normal lives. Lots of laundry, recycling, books to go the library, wrap up PTO projects, softball and baseball pratice. Not much going on today. :)
