1. What inspired you to start your own business?
I design & create my own costumes, but I am also a collector & a magpie. I realized at a certain point that I have more supplies, ideas, & costume bits that I can never use. My desire to keep creating was so great that I knew I had to begin making costumes & other accessories for others.
2. How did you decide on your Etsy Shop name?
My shop name fairly accurately describes both me & what I sell. I am a cabaret performer, burlesque instructor, & costume designer. Both the vintage & handmade items in my shop are perfect for not only the burlesque stage, but the burlesque lifestyle.

3. Please give me 5 words that describe you.

Energetic. Unusual. Enthusiastic. Whimsical. Imaginative.

1.What inspired you to start you business?
Having my own craft business has been my dream for 20 years. It just never seemed to be the right time. But about 1 yr ago I had some medical problems & was no longer able to work a 9-5 job. I started to really think about the idea of my own business then. But it wasn't until last fall, when I found Etsy that everything started to fall into place.
2.What would we here if we turned on your ipod right now?
70's and 80's Pop Music

3.How did you decide on your Etsy Shop name?
The name of my shop was a natural progression from my last name. Since I married my husband I have truly been "The Lively Lady". I love to make things out of fun fabric, which make great gifts. It has just all flowed together to make The Lively Lady Gifts & Giggles.

    My favorite item by Deliah Burlesque is Silk Dress Champagne Bridal Marabou Burlesque Wedding. Very nice!
